Summer Camp Cancellation Policy

All payments are fully refundable for cancellation requests submitted in writing on or before March 15, 2026. For any cancellations made after this date, refunds will only be granted if the vacated spot can be filled by a participant from our official waitlist. No refunds or credits will be issued for non-attendance or early withdrawal once the program has begun.
